Defendant Gary Winterbottom, in the course and scope of his employment with Bridger Insurance Services, would subject Plaintiffs to yelling and screaming, and cursing which would cause Plaintiffs extreme stress. Plaintiffs, who repeatedly and explicitly spoke out against Defendants’ actions which included violations of relevant California rules, regulations, and laws which required insurance companies to investigate, process, and pay claims fully, promptly, and in good faith, were in a constant struggle with Defendant Gary Gary Winterbottom who did in fact want to overlook relevant California rules, regulations, and laws.”
